Payments

Prices and currencies displayed at checkout are final. PBTAILS does not charge extra transaction fees. If you are paying for your order with an international credit or debit card, the price displayed in your card statement may vary in accordance with exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also charge additional foreign conversion charges and fees, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or card issuer regarding any fees incurred.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. During promotional periods or special events, processing times may be extended at the discretion of PB TAILS. In such cases, customers will be notified in advance.

All items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to prevent damage in transit. No restocking fee will be charged for returns.

PB TAILS will provide email updates to keep you informed about your order status.

Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

To request a return or report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email service@pbtails.com with your order number and a description of your request. Where relevant, photographs or videos may help us assess the issue.

Please contact us before sending any item back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.

Our return procedures do not limit your statutory cancellation rights, warranty rights, or other remedies under applicable consumer law.

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Neither party will be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond their reasonable control (wars, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

No Waiver

We retain our rights to take action at any time in the event of failure to comply with these terms.
