We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your PB TAILS purchase. However, due to the nature of our international shipping and production process, we can only accept returns or refunds under specific conditions.

For returns requested outside of the 30-day window due to non-quality issues, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Eligibility for Return

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns are accepted only for quality-related issues or incorrect items received.

  • Non-quality related reasons, such as preferences for color, brightness, material feel, or minor cosmetic variations, do not qualify for returns.

  • If you are uncertain about product specifications (e.g., material type, finish), please contact us before purchasing.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

  • Products with opened protective films, used accessories, or incomplete packaging

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at service@pbtails.com with your order number, detailed description of the issue, and photos/videos of the product.

  2. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  3. For returns not caused by product quality issues, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs (including international shipping and any import duties).


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
