If you’d like to make any changes to your order such as your shipping address, send us an email at service@pbtails.com as soon as you can! We’ll try our best to correct your order before it ships out.
There’s only a short period of time for us to edit or cancel your order so please e-mail us as soon as possible at service@pbtails.com. We’ll do our best to help you out.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on it’s journey to you.
If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we’re here to help you out. Please e-mail us at service@pbtails.com with information about your order. If your package was damaged, please include a photo of your damaged product. We review each case carefully and will do our best to help you in any way possible!

We don’t currently offer expedited shipping. If you’d like to check the status of your order please email us at service@pbtails.com.
Email service@pbtails.com with photos of the damage, If the damage in the photograph is a manufacturing fault, we will either ship you a new item or issue credit to purchase a different item.
All the orders ship from Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
