Prices and currencies displayed at checkout are final. PBTAILS does not charge extra transaction fees. If you are paying for your order with an international credit or debit card, the price displayed in your card statement may vary in accordance with exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also charge additional foreign conversion charges and fees, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or card issuer regarding any fees incurred.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special events, may have longer shipping times, at the discretion of PBTAILS. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance separately. All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage. No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. PBTails will keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached.
All the orders ship from Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
For any personalized order(e.g. any product engraved with characters and any other customized product), no return or exchange service will be provided.
Returns or Replacement
Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. If 7 days have gone after you received it, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details: If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions. If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
Each product sold may only and merely be exchanged once, chosen product for exchange may not be exchanged.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to refund
Please send photo of the product through email to email@example.com
within 7days upon receiving product.
Please pack the product in the original packaging with all original documents, to be picked up by designated delivery service.
After receptions, pbtails will operate quality check process. If validated, pbtails will process refund. Otherwise, will send product back to the address in the purchase order, with no refund.
Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Neither party will be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond their reasonable control (wars, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
We retain our rights to take action at any time in the event of failure to comply with these terms.
