PB TAILS Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the PB TAILS Affiliate Program.
By applying to join, accessing your affiliate dashboard, or promoting PB TAILS through an affiliate link or code, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. About the Program
The PB TAILS Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring qualified customers to the PB TAILS online store.

PB TAILS reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion.
2. Affiliate Approval
All affiliate applications are subject to review.
We may reject an application if the applicant’s website, social media account, content, audience, or promotional method is not aligned with the PB TAILS brand.
We may also reject or remove affiliates who promote content involving spam, misleading claims, illegal activities, hate speech, adult content, counterfeit goods, malware, or any content that may damage the reputation of PB TAILS.
3. Commission
Approved affiliates may earn commission on qualified purchases made through their assigned affiliate link or approved affiliate code.
The default commission rate is [Insert Commission Rate, e.g. 10%] of eligible net sales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
“Eligible net sales” means the final product amount paid by the customer, excluding taxes, shipping fees, duties, chargebacks, refunds, discounts, gift cards, and any other non-product charges.
PB TAILS may change commission rates, product eligibility, or program rules at any time. Any changes will apply to future referrals after the update.
4. Cookie Duration
The default tracking cookie duration is [Insert Cookie Duration, e.g. 30 days].
If a customer clicks your affiliate link and places a qualified order within the cookie period, the sale may be attributed to your affiliate account.
Attribution may not apply if the customer clears cookies, uses another affiliate link, uses an unapproved coupon code, switches devices, or if tracking is blocked by the browser, device, or software settings.
5. Qualified Referrals
A referral is considered qualified only when:
- The customer uses your valid affiliate link or approved affiliate code;
- The order is successfully completed on www.pbtails.com;
- The order is not cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, or identified as fraudulent;
- The order does not violate these Terms and Conditions.
PB TAILS reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or adjust any referral or commission.
6. Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, and Fraud
Commissions will not be paid on refunded, returned, cancelled, disputed, chargeback, or fraudulent orders.
If commission has already been credited for an order that is later refunded or cancelled, PB TAILS may deduct the corresponding commission from the affiliate’s balance.
Self-referrals are not allowed. Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link or code to place personal orders for the purpose of earning commission.
Orders placed by fake accounts, duplicate accounts, bots, or through artificial traffic are not eligible for commission.
7. Payouts
Commissions are subject to a holding period of [Insert Holding Period, e.g. 30 days] to account for returns, refunds, cancellations, or fraud checks.
The minimum payout threshold is [Insert Minimum Payout, e.g. USD $50].
Payouts are processed manually on a [Insert Schedule, e.g. monthly] basis.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. PB TAILS is not responsible for failed or delayed payments caused by incorrect payment details.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, transaction fees, bank fees, PayPal fees, currency conversion fees, or other costs related to receiving affiliate payments.
8. Promotional Rules
Affiliates may promote PB TAILS through approved websites, social media accounts, blogs, videos, newsletters, or other lawful channels.
Affiliates must not:
- Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unverified claims about PB TAILS products;
- Claim that PB TAILS products have features they do not have;
- Claim to represent PB TAILS as an employee, official spokesperson, distributor, or authorized reseller unless separately approved in writing;
- Use spam, bots, fake traffic, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, or deceptive tracking methods;
- Promote PB TAILS on websites or platforms that contain illegal, hateful, adult, violent, defamatory, or misleading content;
- Use PB TAILS brand assets in a way that may damage, dilute, or misrepresent the brand.
Affiliates should present PB TAILS products honestly and accurately.
9. Discount Codes and Coupons
Affiliates may only promote discount codes, coupon codes, or special offers that have been officially assigned or approved by PB TAILS.
Affiliates may not create, publish, or promote fake, expired, unauthorized, or misleading discount codes.
Affiliates may not submit PB TAILS codes to coupon sites, deal aggregators, browser extension platforms, cashback sites, or similar channels unless PB TAILS has given written approval.
PB TAILS reserves the right to reject commissions generated through unauthorized coupon promotion.
10. Paid Advertising
Affiliates may not bid on PB TAILS branded keywords or similar variations in paid search advertising without prior written approval.
Restricted keywords include, but are not limited to:
- PB TAILS
- PBTails
- pbtails.com
- PB TAILS controller
- PB TAILS discount
- PB TAILS coupon
- PB TAILS promo code
- Any misspellings or variations of the PB TAILS brand name
Affiliates may not run ads that directly link to PB TAILS using affiliate links without prior approval.
Affiliates may not impersonate PB TAILS in search ads, social ads, shopping ads, or any other paid media.
11. Brand Assets
PB TAILS may provide product images, logos, videos, descriptions, or other marketing materials for affiliate use.
Affiliates may use these materials only for the purpose of promoting PB TAILS products under this program.
Affiliates may not edit, distort, misuse, or misrepresent PB TAILS brand assets.
All PB TAILS trademarks, logos, product names, images, and other intellectual property remain the property of PB TAILS.
12. Content Disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, disclosure, and consumer protection laws in their country or region.
When promoting PB TAILS products, affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required.
For example, affiliates may use disclosures such as:
“This post contains affiliate links.”
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
“Affiliate link provided by PB TAILS.”
The disclosure should be clear, visible, and easy for the audience to understand.
13. Product Information
PB TAILS may update product specifications, pricing, availability, compatibility, features, packaging, or promotions at any time.
Affiliates are responsible for keeping their content accurate and up to date.
If PB TAILS identifies incorrect or outdated information in affiliate content, we may request that the affiliate update or remove the content.
14. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Self-referrals;
- Fraudulent orders;
- Fake traffic or bot traffic;
- Cookie stuffing;
- Forced clicks or hidden links;
- Misleading redirects;
- Unauthorized coupon distribution;
- Brand keyword bidding without approval;
- Impersonating PB TAILS;
- Claiming false discounts or false scarcity;
- Using PB TAILS content on inappropriate websites;
- Registering domains, social handles, or pages that include PB TAILS trademarks without approval.
Violation of these rules may result in rejected commissions, account suspension, or termination.
15. Termination
PB TAILS may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if we believe the affiliate has violated these Terms and Conditions or acted in a way that may harm PB TAILS.
Affiliates may also leave the program at any time.
After termination, the affiliate must stop using PB TAILS affiliate links, codes, logos, product images, and other brand materials unless otherwise approved.
Unpaid commissions may be withheld or cancelled if they are associated with violations, fraud, refunds, chargebacks, or prohibited activity.
16. Program Changes
PB TAILS may update, pause, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes are made means that you accept the updated terms.
17. Limitation of Liability
PB TAILS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to participation in the Affiliate Program.
PB TAILS does not guarantee that affiliate links, tracking systems, websites, or program services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
